How are the shipping costs determined?

What are the estimated delivery times?
Typically for Express shipping, the expected delivery times are within 7-15 business days. For Non-Expedited shipping options, the expected delivery times are within 10-25 business days. If you ‘Proceed to Checkout’ you will be provided with a more accurate delivery time for your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to our commitment to processing orders as soon as possible for our international customers, there is only a short period of time in which you may cancel your already placed order. If your order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, you can cancel the entire order without incurring any charges. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. To cancel your order, please provide us your order number by email Contact Us We are unable to make any changes to existing orders.
When do I get a credit for my return?
You will be credited for the products being returned when we receive and process the contents of the received parcel(s). The credit is made in the same currency & payment tender type used at the time of purchase. The credit will be for the amount agreed upon by the customer service team and you. You will be able to see the refund credit in about 7-15 days from when you actually return ship the product.
