Overall Return Guidelines

If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below). For most items, you have 14 days from the date of your original purchase to make a return with the exceptions noted below. 


Mattresses, Foundations, bed frames, and head and footboards must be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be in the original unopened sealed bag.  Mattresses or foundations that are damaged soiled, infested, stained or missing law tags cannot be returned. Adjustable base beds/foundations cannot be returned.   

Indoor upholstered furniture, including recliners and sofas, must be returned within 7 days of purchase.  Ready to Assemble furniture and infant furniture must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

No returns on Valentine, Easter, Christmas, and Halloween product after the holiday. Holiday season items purchased after the holiday are final sales, and no returns will be accepted.

These are BlueNyleDirect’s (“BlueNyleDirect”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the BlueNyleDirect website or anyone of our other respective Marketplace stores where we sell our products. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Bluenyledirect Customer Service  via email at info@bluenyledirect for an RMA number or contact us through our contact us page or through our Contact Us page
  • Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Read more about Refunds, Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees here.
  • All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to BlueNyleDirect within 14 days regardless of the individual return policy.
  • You may return/exchange eligible products anytime within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned products must be unused (e.g., items cannot be worn, washed, damaged or altered). We also cannot accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be sent back with the packing slip included in your original order.
  • Any products that are sent back that do not follow our return guidelines will not be processed, and no credit will be issued.
  • Items marked as *Final sale* are not eligible for returns.
  • Once we've registered your RMA and received your returned product, a full credit to your account or a refund to your credit card will be processed.
  • We aim to process all returns within one - (3) weeks of receiving the item. Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team via Email.
  • Please note that final decisions on returns are subject to Bluenyledirect discretion, returns sent back without RMA's will not be processed.

BlueNyleDirect does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong product or it doesn't match what was shown on our site, or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee, and NO charge for a return label provided the item is within its return policy period.

Partial refunds

You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below.

  • Non-defective special orders or custom-built items within the return policy period

Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected or may receive a partial refund.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, UPC code or showing obvious misuse not due to BlueNyleDirect error
  • Physical user damage
Up to 50% of the item's purchase price

Rejected items will be returned to the customer


Opened, non-defective notebook and desktop PCs, tablets and TVs in original condition and within the return policy window 75% of the item's purchase price
Opened physical software, DVDs, games with plastic wrap removed and ALL downloadable software not due to BlueNyleDirect error 0% of the item's purchase price (non-refundable)
